Always read the Question Properly

Read the Question carefully, to score the marks; you must give a suitable answer to the questions. 

My safety master suggests you to read the question twice or thrice until you understand fully.

The Common reason for the failure of students in NEBOSH Is that " Misunderstanding of Questions" and giving irrelevant answers.

 Identify the Command words:

In order to boost your marks in NEBOSH Exams, you must understand the command words and adhere to that during your Exams.

NEBOSH Expects the candidates to understand the NEBOSH Standards from the command words to the level of technical input.

So understand the “Meaning of different action verbs / command words used during the exams " and follow the secrets to succeed. 

Some Common Command words used by NEBOSH:

  • Give the Meaning of 
  • Identify 
  • Outline 
  • Describe
  • Explain

Opt for short and simple sentences rather than long and complicated sentence 

Keep your answer simple and more technical; 

If you wish to keep your sentence simple and sound, you must prepare well. 

NEBOSH Says " the simple and sound answers are easy to evaluate"

Manage your time during Exams 

Manage your time well and If you do not manage your NEBOSH Examination time, you may miss the questions probably and this will lead to fail in Exams. 

So manage your time wisely. 

My safety master Recommends you to spend " 30 minutes for 20 Mark questions and 10 Minutes for each 8 Mark questions ".

It’s acceptable to use standard abbreviations

You can use the standard abbreviations like HSE, COSHH, HAV, WBV etc. 

This will help you manage your time as much as Possible.
